What happens after I submit a request?

We aim to respond to all support requests within 5 working days. We'll review your enquiry and either provide assistance directly or signpost you to other organisations that may be able to help.

Is support guaranteed?

While we strive to help everyone who contacts us, we cannot guarantee that support will be available in all cases. This depends on our current capacity and whether the support you need falls within our charitable objects. However, we will always do our best to point you to alternative sources of help.

What if I need urgent help?

This form is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 999. For urgent medical help, call NHS 111. For mental health crisis, contact the Samaritans on 116 123.

How do you use my information?

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and provide support. We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your information with third parties without your consent except where required by law.
